Payment Terms

Intellectual Property
All content, designs, code, and materials created by CoreModify remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon completion of payment:
- You receive full ownership of custom deliverables
- We retain rights to reusable components and frameworks
- Portfolio rights allow us to showcase the project
Limitation of Liability
CoreModify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
